MS150 Tappan Brother Beer Cross
A few weeks back we rode the MS150. We were the absolute last group of people to leave through the giant inflated rainbow, and we gradually made our way west. It was a pretty flat route with plenty of food along the way, plus it was gorgeous outside, so it made for an easy day.
After we made our destination of sweet ol’ Sandusky, we headed to our hotel, and immediately took a dip in the pool. It felt absolutely fantastic after a long day… despite the random things floating in the water, of which only 73% was actual water. I’m guessing the rest was made of up various body fluids, but I’m not too sure of the breakdown of that - your guess is as good as mine.
Anyhow, the following morning we woke up to the threat of thunderstorms, and after a good breakfast, we were heading east back to Brunswick. We held a good pace, but eventually got hit by rain. It wasn’t terrible, nor did it last long, and we found ourselves coming into Brunswick after a good day’s ride.

I had no one to my right side!
Then I spent a week at Tappan Lake with Lady Bot, where every ride I went on started out with the first two miles having some 400 feet of climbing. I saw a lot of vultures out on those hills, and plenty of signs with bullet holes in ‘em. Yee haw!
And then I hung out with my brother.

And here we are, all caught up. Also of important note are the availability of these seasonals.

That means that fall is almost here, which in turn means that ‘cross season is almost here. Two weeks from today we get the party going. Good things are a’coming!
